Impact of laser polarization on <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mi>q</mml:mi></mml:math> -exponential photon tails in nonlinear Compton scattering

Non-linear Compton scattering of ultra-relativistic electrons traversing high-intensity laser pulses generates also hard photons. These photon high-energy tails are considered for parameters in reach at the forthcoming experiments LUXE and E-320. We consider invariant differential cross sections $d \sigma / du$ between IR UV regions analyze impact polarization find q-deformed exponential shapes. (The variable $u$ is light-cone momentum-transfer from initial electron to final photon.) Optical various durations compared with monochromatic beam model which uncovers intensity parameter range $\xi = 1 \cdots 10$. Some supplementary information provided azimuthal final-electron/photon distributions energy-differential sections.
